Furthermore featured in this recent document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
